CT-N, Connecticut’s equivalent to C-SPAN, taped last week’s program on the changes to the CHRO procedures.

Even better, though, is that the program is now available on-demand.

From my vantage point, the most useful part of the presentation for companies starts at around the 35:00 mark where the CHRO starts to explain the law and introduce the panel as well.

Two other fun references, around the 11:30 mark, this blog gets a very nice compliment from CHRO staff.  And around the 26:00 mark, one of my law partners — Joshua Hawks-Ladds — also gets a rare mention for his insightful commentary on the problems with the CHRO.
