With the July 4th holiday upon us (and on a Wednesday), I’m pretty convinced that nearly everyone is taking some time off this week.  So, rather than play to an empty crowd, I’m going to replay some older posts.

Today’s post is about employment testing.  Employment testing (particularly for personality traits) has had its ups and downs in popularity.  But do you know the rules? The EEOC released some guidance that I recapped back in a post from December 2007.  It still holds true today.
